The Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver has a cross tube concealed behind the rear bumper, so nothing bulky shows underneath. When you’re done hauling your bikes or cargo, the 2" receiver detaches with no tools, leaving no visible hardware. You get that clean, from-the-factory appearance every day without losing functionality.
Switching from driving to hauling gear takes seconds. The receiver pops into the stainless steel center block and automatically latches in place. When it’s time to remove it, just unlock the latch, turn the handle, and pull it free. The included hitch plug keeps dirt out of the block when not in use. It’s a simple setup that makes it easy to load up and go without extra equipment or effort.
This hitch is made with durable stainless steel that resists corrosion and provides a solid mount for your gear. It has a maximum tongue weight of 600 lbs, enough strength for bike racks, cargo platforms, or other hitch-mounted accessories. The black powder coat finish adds rust protection while keeping a clean look that lasts through the seasons.
It’s built for hitch-mounted racks and carriers right out of the box. If you want to tow later, you can add the Stealth Hitches towing kit (SH62MR – sold separately). That kit replaces the receiver attachment with a ball mount that includes a 2" hitch ball and allows towing up to 8,000 lbs gross trailer weight. This modular setup lets you start simple and expand when you need more capability.

Love the new Stealth Hitch addition to my wife's 2026 GLE 350 w/ AMG exterior trim! Installation took me about 4 hours by myself, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. I did reference a YouTube video for a couple of steps, but overall the installation went very smoothly.
